-UPS shipping is available to most business and residential addresses.
-When experiencing extreme temperatures, we may postpone shipments in order to safeguard the wines.
-We reserve the right to contact you to establish a will call/shipment date after which these wines will be no longer be stored in our facility. Wines shipment refused or not picked up at winery after 30 days from shipment date not picked up by this agreed upon date will be forfeited. No refunds will be given.
-Any shipment of wine that is refused and/or returned to AmRhein’s Wine Cellars the shipment will be forfeited, charges will not be refunded, and membership will be terminated.
-Automatic payments will continue after the one-year term unless cancellation has been submitted in writing THIRTY (30) days prior to the next release.
-Three bottles of specially selected AmRhein’s Wine Cellars’ wine will be billed every 90 days (every three months approx..) at a flat rate to a credit card of your choice. The week that this charge will occur is always listed in your email notification.
-The wines will be delivered to your home / office shipping/handling is included in the shipment price)– or you may opt to save on shipping and pick your shipments up at the winery (we’ll hold the wine for you until it’s convenient for you to visit and pick it up for up to 30 days
-No refunds will be issued for the charged wine club shipments. There are no other fees associated with the Wine Club membership. We encourage you to remain in the wine club after your first year to enjoy even more benefits to come.
In the event of ‘full’ wine club membership, new membership applications will be added to a waitlist.
You can stay on active status by receiving all the consecutive club shipments. This will ensure active status and all the membership benefits. If a shipment is canceled, all membership benefits will be cancelled as well. There will be no ‘holds’ on membership. CREDIT CARD POLICY:
If your credit card information changes while you are an active member, please contact us immediately for updates. If a card on file is denied, we reserve the right to contact you within ten (10) days for new card information. If we are unable to obtain a new number within fourteen (14) days past the current shipment, your membership and membership benefits will be terminated.
After your one-year commitment, you can cancel at any time. We require written notice thirty (30) days in advance of the next scheduled shipment to avoid any further changes. Contact Jackie at email@example.com for wine club cancellations. If a cancellation occurs less than 30 days of the next scheduled shipment, that shipment will be charged and shipped. No further charges will occur thereafter. Once discontinued, please pick up any wines not shipped within 30 days, or the wines will be returned to inventory and no refunds will be issued (unless other arrangements have been made).
